Decades of experience in tooling and diverse industry expertise makes us the ideal partner for the subcontracting of your workpieces. Whether small parts in the diameter range below 10 mm or bigger: TKM has the suitable machine park, tools and process knowledge to manage your products perfectly.

Due to our versatile production facilities and a high flexibility, we are specialists in:

- Mechanical processing for workpieces up to 8000 mm
- Heat treatment
- Straightening
- Grinding of workpieces up to 6000 mm
- Repairing of workpieces
- Re-grinding of wearing parts

Our Service offer includes milling, drilling and grinding for workpieces of different materials and as well the the machining of complex welded structures according to your drawing. We support our services with a continuous quality assurance. Final checks of the respective manufacturing steps are documented based on measurement reports.

**Prototyping and Short runs**  
 In addition to feasibility studies and specific processes we produce primary, preparatory or short runs. Within the development we can use our machine park for the process optimization of your production. Shipping or modification times and ramp-up phases can be bridged in order to keep the components in advance in the best quality in the hands.
