LIGNA 2023 - the review
From 15.05.2023 - 19.05.2023, after a break of four years due to Corona, LIGNA took place again at the Deutsche Messe, Hannover. The anticipation was accordingly high and this was reflected in the key facts: 1,300 companies from 50 countries presented their innovations and solutions for the wood and furniture industry to around 80,000 visitors from 160 countries.
From TKM's point of view, LIGNA 2023 was a great success. Especially due to the previous long Corona break, it was not really clear to us where the significance of a trade fair lies today. Looking back, we can say that the significance is extremely high, which is not least underpinned by an increased number of visitors and great discussions at our stand. Furthermore, visitors came from a wide range of regions, including North America, Central America, EU and ROW.
Regarding the presence of the industry segments, we are also very satisfied and were able to reach numerous customers and partners from Veneer, Plywood, Sawmill, WBP wood-based panel and Mobile Chipping.
We are already looking forward to the new edition of LIGNA in 2025.
