In which dimensions are TKM Perforation and anvil knives available?

TKM perforating and anvil knives are available in the following dimensions:

- length: up to 4.500mm
- width: from 25,4mm - 50,0mm
- thickness: from 1,067mm - 1,5mm

Which perforations does TKM offer?

TKM is able to produce any slit and web width according to customer specifications.

What are the advantages of a narrower width tolerance?

 The steel manufacturer supplies a width tolerance of +/- 0.02mm as standard. As the counter blades are used in sets of 4 to 6 blades and cannot be adjusted individually, there is a risk of increased metallic wear. TKM offers a width tolerance of +/- 0.01mm.

This has two advantages:

- Due to the lower width tolerance within a knife set, the knives can be adjusted to the perforating knife more quickly after installation
- A longer service life is achieved due to less metallic wear
