For TKM wash-up blades we generally use Vulkollan® in order to obtain minimum tolerance deviations. Vulkollan® provides a precise contact zone between wash-up blade and roller and resist swelling. Ink and cleaning agent residues are cleanly scraped off.
Depending on the application, the wash-up time is reduced by approximately 40% compared with conventional steel-rubber wash-up blades. This leads to a saving of up to 50% in detergents, as well as to clearly longer service lifetimes.
