Guideways / Slide Bars

TKM produces precision ground guideways and slide bars that are primarily applied in the machine tools, press, and mechanical engineering industry.

According to your inquiry and application BMMS can produce from one to many pieces within strict tolerances.

We have the ability to manufacture individual slide bars up to 6000 mm in length. However, it is possible to string several slide bars together and achieve even longer lengths.

By employing our CAD programming system we are able to input your construction data into our CNC program. Thereby ensuring the highest precision and a short processing time.


On our 5 axis mill center we process complex components from various sides in one setting. This allows us to satisfy strict regulations and tolerances in the serial production of various workpieces.

Bending Tools

In CNC bending mills, the TKM bending tools are utilized to process sheet metal boards into complex and qualitative sheet products. Our customers need to manufacture the most diverse geometric forms within strict tolerances and with high repeat accuracy. This is why our products fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • Wear resistance
Our portfolio includes upper and lower bending tools, downholder, counterholder, and cutting tools, as well as tool holders.
 

The different specifications of these products ask for different manufacturing requirements in our production, as for example:

Clamping Bars

TKM clamping bars ensure the exact fixing and positioning of bending tools in mechanical press brakes to meet the requirements of modern and precise bending techniques.

The precision machined surfaces guarantee the accuracy of the clamping bar and provides the deformation and abrasion resistance that are required for accurate clamping.

Tool holders, carrier plates, wearparts, and ledges for crown bow complete our offer for tool clamping systems.

At the client‘s request the individual parts can be pre-assembled into a functioning assembly group, which is ready-to-use and already includes all the pneumatic- and hydraulic components.
