Adherence of cutting residue at the knife (foil, labels)
Foil and labels can become charged during the cutting process and stick to the knives.
The air nozzle knife improves this process. The air nozzles reduce the adhesion of cutting residue to the knife. Additionally, the air nozzle knife can be grinded with our new wave technology. It improves the knifes‘ geometry which results in less friction and a smoother flow of material during the cutting process. The new wave technology furthermore reduces the knifes‘ downtime.
