Vibration of the saw blade
The customer criticises an unsteady course of the saw blade. This error is noticeable visually and acoustically in different degrees of expression.
- The rate of rotation on the wave needs to be measured with a gauge and compared with the specifications of the OEM. Ideally, the circumferential speed at the flight circle of the saw blade adds up to 60-65 m/sec.
- If necessary, the saw blade tension needs to be adjusted to the rate of rotation (in production/service companies).
